Before we mention what Nova Organisation is we would like to ask you what does Nova mean? Nova comes from the Latin meaning "NEW" and we like to think that we create new opportunities and give a chance for everyone to either build their confidence, enhance their skillset or find a career they can work towards.
With any business involved in Sales and Customer service, the customer is the most important person. Therefore we cater our approach towards the public depending on the client we are representing at that time. We specialise in B2B, B2C and Events Campaigns.
What our Sales and Customer representatives do is very simple! They represent a client, create brand awareness and deliver impeccable customer service to ensure the customer is left with the best impression of the client they are working with.
We uphold the best working environment for our contracted representatives. Our team atmosphere gives them a chance to bond, network and become part of our journey. For us without that family feeling there would be no "Nova Organisation".
I was in the fast food industry before finding Nova Organisation. I found the lack of progression was what drove me too leave. I found the progression and the team spirit within Nova are amazing. My goals moving forward is to open my own direct marketing office by October 2020

Before working with Nova Organisation I was a bar manager down the bay, I searched for something new because I am driven to be successful and I believe Nova can help me with that. Before Nova Organisation I was working in McDonald’s and studying maths. I wanted to learn new sales skills as I believe they are really important skills to have. I’ve been in the direct marketing industry for 4 months and I’m really enjoying constantly upskilling myself and the people. My goals got the future is to run my own direct marketing office in the next year!
